Hmm doesn’t sound right.. Do you mean that MaxiGallery isn’t outputing anything to the document source? eg. no image tags? or just js includes missing?

yep MaxiGallery isn’t outputing anything and no scripts included.
ok sorry my bad. I overwritten the snippet code with maxigallery.php from the update. sorry for your time mate.
Added support for Flash upload to this version if anyone is interested.

For the full parameters check the wiki page for maxigallery.
you would need the &max_pic_size but look in the wiki for all the options u got.
I was asking for the feature of croping the thumbnails.
There isn’t documentation of this in the wiki yet.
