sIFR and MaxiGallery Depth problem

Hey,

I am trying to use sIFR to replace headline text with a customised font...

Along with MaxiGallery. The problem is when I click on an image to enlarge it (using the slimbox) the pop up appear beneath the swf which has replaced the text.

Anyone know how to make sute the large image goes on top of the swf?

I have no direct answer to offer, but if I were you, I’d avoid siFR in favor of alternate solutions... it raise a lot of accessibility issues as any flash based solution is bound to.

And I personnally I’d favor PHP + CSS Dynamic Text Replacement :

You can make the SWF be below the slimbox by making it transparent.. you need to add <param name="wmode" value="transparent" /> tag inside the <object> tag and wmode="transparent" attribute to the <embed> tag. Google for more information..

Ah yup fixed it by adding:

sWmode:"transparent"

as a param in the sifr call.
