Same document but multiple galleries...?

    I have one page where i want to show multiple galleries... for example i have images from January, then want to add images from February , march etc without adding a new page...

    can this be done?

        hmm, im still trying to work this one out.. here is my code.

        but this shows the same gallery twice... i dont want to start adding new pages etc i just need to have a new gallery using same folder / id?

          One document can have only one gallery. So what you are trying is not possible. But I don’t understand why would you want to make it like that? You can make the same end result with more manageable way like this:

          Create separate documents for the january, february, march etc. galleries (they can be hidden one for example) and create a single "gallery" page that lists all the different galleries to that single document (get information from the post that david linked). Then when you add a new gallery document, it will instantly appear in the main gallery page. And you can have the manage pictures buttons for each gallery in the main gallery page.

            because thats too much effort tongue lol ahh well, never mind i will have to set it up like you’ve said, thanks for clearing that up ! much appreciated

              The problem with outputting all galleries to the main page is i cant get it to split into the different dates and output Jan Gallery here etc as per my code above ^

                Yes you can.. Ditto lists all the gallery documents, you can put what ever you want in the ditto template. Did you read the post that david linked?
