Centered thumbnails - pb with popup image in IE

Hi,
I have 2 questions:

1) I’d like to center/style the list of thumbnails in the gallery page by using something like:

div#content-main { width: 500px; height:300px; float:left; }
div#img { display:block; height:100px; width:100px; margin-top:20px auto 0 auto; }

Where is the best place to style the container?

2) Also I’ve noticed that in IE 5.5 (I know what you’re thinking however it is still being used around....) the popup don’t display properly, I get a black screen. I’m using the following statement:

[!MaxiGallery? &display=`embedded` &embedtype=`slidebox` &pics_in_a_row=`3` &max_thumb_size=`150` &max_pic_size=`0` &thumb_use_dropshadow=`1`!]

Does anyone knows why? Which CSS messes thing up?

1) Are you asking where to place that styling code? If you want that maxigallery adds it to the pages that it’s been run on, add it to the maxigallery stylesheet.. Or what it is that you are asking..?

2) IE might choke on the z-index value that is in default maxigallery stylesheet. Try changing the z-index to smaller values than what they are. See this: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,21429.0.html

Regarding 1) My question is where to place that styling code, which maxigallery stylesheet? I haven’t looked very closely yet..but I don’t think it should be too hard...

MaxiGallery default stylesheet is in assets/snippets/maxigallery/css/default.css.. see the &css parameter in MaxiGallery wiki http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/MaxiGallery
