I’ve installed MaxGallery. Great snippet by the way!
I’ve noticed when I’m logged-in to the back-end and I clicked on the thumbnails, images are opened in a new window, they don’t popup. If I log-out everything goes back to normal.
Is it a known issue?

This may not be the reason but sometimes the quickedit tags break some links and other tags. In this case remove the # in the placeholder to remove the button or just know that it will work once logged out.

Yes, it’s a js collision with quickedit.. If you have a recent modx version, quickedit uses mootools js library, so you need to use slimbox in maxigallery.. If you have an older installation, your quickedit might run on scriptaculous and you need to use lightboxv2 in that case..
