Maxigallery/smoothgallery with imagemap?

Hello, I’m using Maxigallery with type smoothgallery on my website. Now, I want to use that resulting Slideshow with an imagemap. The map is constant for all the pictures (it is for language selection).

I’ve changed the galleryPictureTpl to output [tt]usemap="#mymap"[/tt] in the imagetags, but the snippet doesn’t recognize this. Is there a neat workaround for that?

SmoothGallery does all kinds of things with the image tags via javascript and I would guess that it’s not supported. You can ask more help from SmoothGallery forums: http://smoothgallery.jondesign.net/forums/
