I’m trying to use MaxiGallery to show single pictures in normal view with a dropshadow. I can get it to work fine with a thumb but the full image has a funky purple frame that’s thicker on the bottom but not on the right.
Here’s my snippet call:
[!MaxiGallery? &gal_query_ids=`4` &display=`embedded` &embedtype=`slimbox` &max_pic_size=`350` &quality_pic=`100` &pic_query_ids=`1` &limit=`1` &pic_use_dropshadow=`1` &galleryPictureTpl=`OnePicture`!]

What am I missing?
the "funky purple frame" is probably the normal frame that browsers do to image links.. try adding border:0; to img tags in your stylesheet..

Good call. That got rid of the purple, but still no drop shadow. Do I need to do something else to tell MaxiGallery that I want a pic rather than a thumb? Or maybe I should just use a large thumb.

MaxiGallery creates the thumbnails when uploading the images, with or without a dropshadow as specified in the snippet parameters. It doesn’t add dropshadows to the image itself.

I understand that -- sorry if my question was unclear. I’m trying to get a dropshadow when I display the image on the web page (a pic, not a thumb). I’ve got &pic_use_dropshadow set but I get no dropshadow.
My best guess is that the default outer tpl sets class to "thumb" (I can see that in the source) so I probably have to add my own outer tpl.
