Are you sure that there is not another MaxiGallery call running on the page? Also what versions are you using and where does this error come up? Sounds strange.. have you installed the snippet correctly?

The actual problem we found today that when we uploaded [and visible ] more than 74 images, then only the error is coming and showing images twice. We made visible only 74 images [ balance images changed as hidden] then error is disappeared. How will make visible more than 74 images properly ?

We solved that issue by giving pics_per_page=`48` parameter to maxgallery. Now no error is coming.

Ok, good to know and thanks for posting the solution.. I guess that the problem is that in some server environments the script hits some maximum processing time limit, because it takes long time to process pages with many pictures (the code is not very optimized).. Your solution goes around the issue and is good for now..
