MODx 9.6.1
Safari 2.0.4
MaxiGallery 5.2
I’ve tried fixes that I can find on this forum - altering the slimbox .css but with no joy. Am I missing something here? This is only happening in Safari.
Both the image and description are only feintly visible behind the dark veil!
Thanks for a great Snippet.
The z-index css attribute in the style sheet has too high value and safari chokes on that.
See this.
"He can have a lollipop any time he wants to. That's what it means to be a programmer."
Sorry chaps but I’m still getting the problem, anything wrong with this call:?
[!xmas2007gal? &display=`embedded` &embedtype=`slimbox` &pics_per_row=`5` &max_thumb_size=`110` &max_pic_size=`0` &thumb_shadow_bgcolor=`F0E6DF` &thumb_use_dropshadow=`1`!]
I tried altering the z-index in slimbox.css values to just 2 and 3 and 91, 92 but still no joy.
Nope, cannot see anything wrong with that call.. (except the snippet name

)

A link to that page would help. Maybe someone would see some odd CSS/JS stuff...
The z-index values in your slimbox.css are still too high..
#lbOverlay {
position: absolute;
left: 0;
width: 100%;
background-color: #000;
cursor: pointer;
z-index: 999999999;
}
#lbCenter, #lbBottomContainer {
z-index: 9999999999;
position: absolute;
left: 50%;
overflow: hidden;
background-color: #fff;
}
Modify them as I instructed in my post above..
BTW, firebug shows the values like:
#lbOverlay {
background-color:#000000;
cursor:pointer;
left:0pt;
position:absolute;
width:100%;
z-index:999999999;
}
#lbCenter, #lbBottomContainer {
background-color:#FFFFFF;
left:50%;
overflow:hidden;
position:absolute;
z-index:1410065407;
}
Don’t know where it get’s that last one..
"He can have a lollipop any time he wants to. That's what it means to be a programmer."
I have tried modifying them to several different values as low as 1 and 2 and 91 and 92 and 999 with no luck. I have the values currently set working fine in another site running MODx 9.5?
