show more that one image per page

Is it possible to show 4 images from a gallery on the first page and then the next four on the second page? basically so it’s quicker to view images from a gallery.

Thanks that works for thumbnails...I’m trying to do this for main images though.
Or is the solution to make thumbs look like big images?

You could for example do a custom galleryPictureTpl and show the normal pictures instead of thumbnails..

eg, replace:

<img src="[(base_url)][+maxigallery.path_to_gal+]tn_[+maxigallery.picture.filename+]"

with

<img src="[(base_url)][+maxigallery.path_to_gal+][+maxigallery.picture.filename+]"

in the default galleryPictureTpl and save it to a chunk. Then in the snippet call, use &galleryPictureTpl=`yourchunkname` &pics_per_page=`4`
