Duplication problem...

I am setting up the gallery and I am using the FTP method. I created the folders with the id names. I went to the page and ran the re-sync script so it parses the images etc. The problem is that it is duplicating each image 8 times. It keeps doing this until it times out and I get:
"Pictures uploaded successfully.Gallery folder has been resynched."

The gallery works great, except now I have a load of duplicates and the pagination goes beyond 10 pages etc. I cleared out the modx_maxigallery table so it was empty, I than optimized the MySQL table. I’m not sure where I went wrong, I have set this up before :/

Any ideas? Searching yields no results...

Do you have &keep_big_img=`1` ? There was a bug in the re-sync relating this that is fixed in SVN code, you can try this version (rev 137) or fix the one you are currently running, heres info.

I’m not using that parameter but I will check out that rev, thank you. I will report back later today

I have the same problem. MaxiGallery creates hundreds of dublicates adding tn_111111....1111 to the file name. I do not have any &keep_big_img parameter. I tried your update of MaxiGallery, but it did not help.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with re-synching. I really need to get this corrected quickly.

I believe it has been fixed in the v0.6 test version for quite some time..

I am having this problem as well, and now I see that I’m running MG 0.52. Note that at this time 0.6 is not the current release version, but the code is available in the first post listed in this forum category.

Yes, I use 6th version. I had the same problem. I have to change the code as I mentioned before.
Maybe I have not the last one. But it is good if it was fixed!
