Is it possible to have MG look for big_ pictures and not complain if not there?

Thank you for a great snippet. I have a need to have a large number of images in a gallery. I have uploaded about 3500 pictures in two sites. The pictures can be much different in size. A few days ago I changed the settings so that it allowed big pictures to be unresized. It create three files on the server for each picture. This works really well. However, when one of the older pictures is looked at, the program will include a link to a non-existent big_ picture.

I looked at the code and see that when it displays the galleries in the thumbnail view it looks for the presence of the big_ picture and updates a variable ($pictureTplData[’big_pic_exists’]). Is it possible to use this so that if a big_ picture exists that it use this and if not present that it goes back to inserting a link back to the thumbnail view?
I realize that I should just upload a bunch more pictures, but this made me think about a great enhancement of MaxiGallery for uses such as mine.

If a big_ picture is not needed then rather than creating it as the same size as the ’main’ picture (and therefore just taking up space) you just have the main picture and the thumbnail and the code will point to a big picture only when needed.
