Modifying Slimbox

Where do i modify the Image # of # text in slimbox? I want to add from there a link to a larger version of the picture. I know that the simbox is embedded so you dont use pictureTpl. I tried putting a link in the ’title’ picture, but you can’t put a link within a link. Figured it’d try anyway. I also wanted to change the transparent black color of the background but modifying the supplied CSS doesn’t do anything.

Any suggestions there?

It will work if you put the link in the picture title field in html and remove the :htmlent phx modifier from the galleryPictureTpl template, from the title="[+maxigallery.picture.title:htmlent... part.

But that don’t validate by W3 validator, because the content of title tag cannot be html..

If you want to do it elegantly, you would need to modify the slimbox js file and the part where it generates the html.

With my limited knowledge of javascript, I put the link into the ’imageNrDesc’ option, but that created an error and wouldn’t even load the page. I put different html in there (an <hr>) and that worked fine. what would be the corrent method of putting that link in there. I would preffer it behind the "Image 1 of 10" area, but the way I was doing it, It was going in the front.

Can I change the color of the part that fades out? I tried changing it in the CSS and also in the slimbox.js file. Atleast what I thought would be that, but it didn’t change.

The fade color is coming from the overlay image that is in slimbox images folder.. change that to some other color. I cannot help you with the javascript modifying.

Ok i’ll give the jvascript a shot.
I dont see a overlay image in that folder, i do see one in the slidebox folder, changed that but didn’t work either.
