add &limit=`1` to retrieve just one picture per gallery. see maxigallery page in modx wiki for information about available parameters and their usage.

I’m using MaxiGallery to display childgalleries, but I can’t make it to change the order of childgalls. Here is my call:
[!MaxiGallery? &display=`childgalleries` &childgalleries_ids=`all` &childgalleryTpl=`@FILE:tpl/maxi/childgallerytpl.html` &galleryOuterTpl=`@FILE:tpl/maxi/galleryouterNoBtpl.html` &childgalleries_order_by=`createdon` &childgalleries_order_direction=`DESC`!]
I have custom templates, but could this be the problem?
I’ve tried to order by
`createdon`,
`menuindex`, both
`ASC` and
`DESC`, but nothing seems to change.
Please help!
