I encountered a wierd situation. Just created a new gallery and uplaoded 60 pictures no problems! after that i gets this error:

i thought there is a limit on pictures in the gallery by default so increased it to 9999, still no luck.

Is the one that fails a bigger image when comparing to the ones that were uploaded successfully? Could it be that you are exceeding the maximum post size or file upload size that is set in your server environment?
