how to align different aspect ratio thumbs in neat rows?

I have a maxigallery using lightboxv2 here:
http://www.newinsightimages.com.au/portfolio/portrait-fashion.html

The thumbs are different aspect ratios and therefore do not align neatly in rows. Is there a simple way to force them to align vertically (at their top edge), as well as horizontally?

The &pics_in_a_row parameter has been changed to &pics_per_row long time ago. So change that in your snippet call.

Thanks for this post, I spent a few hours messing with the CSS to try and fix this today, funny what a bad call can do. lol

I’d like to put the pictures on the same row, but aligned at the bottom edge, so that the description text starts on the same row for all pics. important is that it is the bottom edge of the pic itself that should be aligned, not the last row of the description!
