Slimbox not working with certain tag

Hi!
I had setup my galleries with MaxiGallery and slimbox and all worked fine, but now the slimbox doesn’t work at all!!!
It just opens up the picture in a blank window

What seems to be the problem?!?

EDIT: after some experiments... I figured out that the script I’m having in my template for contextual advertising is making the problem!

Any ideas how to work this around without deleting the <script></script> tags that is causing the problem?
