Looks like a good snippet, just can't get "Manage Pictures" to show up at all

First of all, thank you for your dedication and time on what seems to be a great snippet!

Now, as this is my first time using it, I have followed the instructions exactly.

I’m using modx 0.9.5, and the most recent version of MaxiGallery 0.5.1

I made my call [[MaxiGallery]] (Snippet is named exactly/case sensitive) and nothing shows up.

In the snippet, I inserted a simple "" before the line to see if the snippet was being called, and "Test" showed up on my page. So the call is working.

I have no photos uploaded, because the "Manage Pictures" button never appears. I am logged in to the backend at an administrative level, with the ability to run/publish/etc everything.

So. I’m stuck. Run out of options. It doesn’t seem like there many, if any other people who have had the same problem, the one/two who have - their solutions don’t work for me.

No error messages in the backend/reports either..

So, any ideas guys? Very much appreciated for any responses.

Can you give me access to the manager via PM?

I’ve the same problem using modx version 0.9.6.1B and MG 0.5.2.

Have you checked the html source of your page? Just in case the button is there, but hidden behind another object. It’s a long shot, but you never know

Is the page cached? Is the snippet call cached?

I’m having the exact same problem. The weird thing is, it was working the other day.

Yes I have, there is nothing relative to the button.

No it isn’t.

I have read every posts I found about MaxiGallery but nothing helps me. So I will try to reinstall all again.

Edit: Ok after reinstalling all it Works !

I’m having the same problem but even after re-installing, mine doesn’t work. The only thing is that it worked for a couple of days and it just disappeared..

reinstalled an upgrade of MODx and works fine thanks

I also have the same problem using modx version 0.9.6.1p2 and Mg 0.5.2. I’ve used Mg before but then I used a older version of modx, now I’m starting over from scratch.
I’ve tried to re-install, but no luck.
