Is it possible to somehow split localization so as to use default English for the backend manager, and then some other language for the frontend website?

The reason is I’ll probably have a mix of English and local language speakers among the end-user authors/editors, but I want my site to be fully localized when it comes to MODx output.

      ..ahem...

Do I take that as a no? smiley
      • I think actually that that should be doable since they’re both totally separate.

I think actually that that should be doable since they’re both totally separate.

It’s all depend on the how you gonna implement it.

You can use combination of snippet and placeholder, or you can use combination of TV and Template, and a lot more ways to do it.
Because we are so flexible on the frontend, there is so many ways for you to achieve that.
