slidebox and lightboxv2 doesnt work

I’ve started playing with maxigallery, and while everything else seems fine, I wasn’t able to show the pictures with lightboxv2 and slidebox (slimbox and smoothgallery works fine). Instead I get the pictures shown in an external window.

in the snippet call I have:
[!MaxiGallery? &display=`embedded` &embedtype=`lightboxv2` &quality_pic=`90` &pics_per_row=`3` &max_thumb_size=`110` &max_pic_size=`500` &thumb_use_dropshadow=`1`!]

I’m using the last version of maxiGallery under MODx 0.96 rc2. What could be the problem?

You are using a BETA version of ModX, allthough this is the newest version, BETA means that there are still various bugs that have to be worked out. Have you tried using MaxiGallery on 0.9.5?

Yes, lightbox v2 and slidebox uses scriptaculous/prototype libraries where as newest quickedit and ajax search (in default content) uses mootools and those js libs collide together. Slimbox is visually 100% same as lightbox v2, so if you want that effect, use slimbox.

And, latest MaxiGallery is not beta (altought it have small bugs that are corrected in SVN code what will soon become available as next official release).
