Can't change thumbnail size. Caching problem?

I’m having this odd problem whereby I can’t change the size of the image thumbnails since I first used the MaxiGallery snippet.

The first time I used the snippet I set max_thumb_size to 50. I’ve since changed this value to 100, deleted all the pics in the gallery and uploaded them again. However, while the thumbnails on the filesystem are now 100px wide, I still only see them as 50px wide on the web page.

I’m fairly sure that the markup output by the snippet isn’t restricting the thumbnail size. The document is not cached and I’ve tried clearing the site cache just for good measure. I’ve verified that the page isn’t cached by adding a cache test snippet that outputs the time. I’ve tried the MaxiGallery snippet both cached and uncached, with no change. The browser is not caching. The only thing I can think of is that the output of the MaxiGallery snippet is being cached somewhere by modx.

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

My understanding is that you’d need to re-upload the images.

Thanks, but I’ve already done that a couple of times. I tried it again for good measure but it didn’t help.

Correction: Deleting then uploading the images does create thumbnails with the correct new dimensions, but the page still displays the same size as before. Whatever size I set the max_thumb_size (and hence whatever size the thumbnails actually are) they always display at 50px.

Woh!! Now I feel stupid! I found a rogue line in my css that was setting the thumbnail size. Forget I said anything.
