If you are using v0.5 betas, you can create a custom picturetpl to link to document, but to be able to link different images to different documents by some logic, you need to create a snippet for example which takes the picture id as a parameter and redirects to some document. Or you could use picture title/description fields to store the link.

No, but you can create that yourself with custom templates if you want. You would need to upload the flash file manually for every picture though.. But the lightbox thing, if there is one to show flash files, can be tied to maxigallery by doing a custom template for it.
