HELP: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpeg()

hi everybody,

when i am uploading an image through MaxiGallery the following happens:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpeg() in /daten/webshare/orthoinfo-cms/htdocs/assets/snippets/maxigallery/watermark/Thumbnail.class.php on line 183

i looked through 2 threads in this forum without success.

by the way ... zlib 1.2.3, libpng 1.2.8, libjpeg v6b, FreeType 2.1.10, and GD 2.0.33 are installed.

Definitely sounds like a problem with your GD install. Are you sure it’s working right?

GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XBM Support enabled

mmmhhh ... am i right that JPEG SUupport is missing here?! what happend to jpeg support? any ideas?

problem solved - its working now!

i forgot to set "--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local" as option in php-configuration.
