Lightbox through Tiny MCE

Hello!

Say I’m building a site for a client and I don’t want them to have to use "rel="lightbox"" in their code for images to bring up a lightbox... is there any way to let them chose to wrap an image with certain parameters in the editor? Or is there a better way to accomplish this? I can of course make this happen with a TV, but I want to be able to do it with images placed in the content editor.
