Sounds like some kind of server security setting; mod_security or something like that.

Hi Susan,

Thanks for that, I believe that is the problem. However I’m unable to override mod_security due to my ISP’s policy, so none of the workarounds in the mod_security page help me.

I got around it by copying the database record directly to the production system.
