Revolution Login / Registration & User Management

The Revolution is on but there is absolute silence in an empty weapon room for winning a Revolution ;-)

For me, just getting a slight chance of winning a Revolution, is having a solid Login / Registration & User Management available for a site. Without such a thing, what value do all the other snippets have? I am about to employ a programmer to create this. Anyone interested in getting involved to share cost, simply get in touch.
