    Hello,
After integrating successfully on XAMPP (windows XP) locally, I tried the same on Live Server (Linux), I installed, MODx, then SMF and finally ran the SMF bridge, all went well, the moment I tried to "Synchronize Users", it gave me following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function smf_registerMember() in /home/mtgcssc/public_html/assets/modules/smforum/smf.sync.class.inc.php on line 114

    and accessing "Administration Center" gives:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function smf_LoginById() in /home/mtgcssc/public_html/assets/modules/smforum/smf.admin.class.inc.php on line 36

:’( could not figure out what is wrong? its working fine on my local machine but none of the two shared hosts I tried on.

    Help
    Regards,
    Rajeev

Save the contents of your smf_api_1.1.php into a new file with the same name.

This solves some kind of encoding problem. (I used Notepad). Upload and it works.
