Export compleet content table to plain-text?

Is there a plugin or snippet or external script that can strip all tags from all the content fields so that its readable in word or any other text editor.
the reason I ask is this:
often we get text to put on the site that needs to be translated later, it would be so much easyer for the translator if he gets a text/word document with all the text in plain text. would be even better to generate it including the docid and title above the content.

I have found a class that convert html code to text ,could somone help me out on how to get all the content from the database in one array for the class to process?

I like to step tru all pages and grab the Id, title and content field and put it truw this class and then save it to disk or atleast spit it out to the screen so I can copy/past it into a word document or notepad.
