this is tricky, if you want a dropmenu list of menus and one is alink to a forum and others might link to someplace outside the site is this possible ?
in manager they have a weblink vs new document should all weblinks like this be setup individually or can they be displayed in a group

A weblink is treated exactly as is a document that contains only a redirect as its content. As far as a menu goes, it would be included exactly as any other document would be.
The only difference is that the parser checks to see if it’s a weblink, and if it is, redirects immediately to the URL in the weblink’s content without parsing the document any further.
