e-commerce site estimate

Hi,
Going to be working on my first e-commerce + MODx site. The client likes this site: http://www.zulily.com
Wondering, if I went with FoxyCart + Evo, would it work? What is the typical build hours? Would another cart work better? Perhaps Revo + FoxyCart?

Thanks for any tips, suggestions.

I don’t know about others but I think e-commerce + MODx site will work fine.
