Looking to create something like www.whiteport.com.au
So does anyone know of a shopping cart that has these features these extras:
1. customers that buy something get added to a newsletter module for latter emailing
2. a coupon code creation module that can be used in the shopping cart for a discount
3. lastly a wedding directory like Whiteport where a customer can sign up make a wish list of products and email this list and logins to a list of friends who can then login and buy these products.
This all has to be editable by the client, so categories, products, pages, text, images and even the special discount codes has to be user friendly.
Also the shipping needs to be calculated by the volume of the product and how many fit into a set box.
So in the shopping cart the client will put in the width, height and depth as well as all the other details....
And the shipping will work out the products volume and then depending on how big this product is and the others it will work out how many boxes are needed and the total shipping cost.
Now I have made some headway with TreasureChest, I have managed to make it pageless so the products are made in one place and magically pop up under their category page, also each product can have two+ options so colours and sizes.
So not sure if I can push it to do the above.
