How do i clear the cached files stored in my modx/assets/cache/ w/o out deleting it via ftp. Is there a way to do it through the modx cms? Or even better yet, how do i totally disable caching.

It will be best if you post your solution on the forum as well, so it will help other people that have the same quesiton or problem to what you’re experiencing right now.
To clarify thing, you can use the refresh site button, located on the main menu.
To disable cached, you can set the default document/folder creation to not enabled the cache in System Configuration page.
ahh twaz my fault as a couple of the item were cached in error now working as it should
