Making payments to members

Hey guys,

I have an up-coming project which requires an e-commerce module.

One aspect is subscription fees to members, which I plan to use foxycart for.

The second aspect involves "employee" members. This user group needs to be payed rather than charged.

I’m mainly looking for advice on how to handle this?

Would Paypal be able to handle this? Or is this something that I can integrate using Modx and/or foxycart?

I don’t think Paypal could easily handle payments like this... if each web user you have could enter their paypal email address (presuming they have one), then maybe... but.... meh... sounds complicated. I haven’t looked at Foxycart, but your description sounds unique... I’d guess that a custom solution is required.
