Pay Pal - where to start?

Being relativity new to MODx,
I’m curious as to what is the
minimum requirements are to
implement a paypal payment
service in MODx would be.
And what level in complexity would
it be? (ie:5 hours or 5days or ... )

Any extra info/links is greatly appreciated.

but u can always use paypal’s old simple html form way if it’s only couple items ...
