Support/Comments for gCart

Hi,
Do you have by any chance some samples code for using the notification classes for the gCart as modx plugin?

I am interested in using gWebListener or any of the gXXXNotification for getting the google notifications when one successfully bought something.

OK I’m getting hacked off now...

Installed Kiweecommerce, manually hacked the pages because the installer wouldn’t write the code in the pages, couldn’t add any products so uninstalled it,

installed gCart and I can’t get anything other than the dreaded ’cart empty’ screen

I’ve triple checked the installation especially the pSession plugin and it all seems to be fine, only thing I can think of is a clean install and see if it works on that

anyone got this going got any tips??

Sorry if I may be cross posting. I’m trying to install gCart, and modify it to use for a ’catalog system’ [i.e. showcase products of various types]. So far, still haven’t got gCart to work...as such, have the following questions [trying to follow the wiki, but getting lost as well].

How can I create the template and place the cCart calls within it?
How can I create my custom Chunks [would not like to quite use the ’cart’, but instead, would like this to bring the user to a ’send mail’ form, where the chosen product’s details will be sent to both the user, and the website’s enquiry mail]?

With the above questions answered, I believe I should be on the proper track.

as I can see (don’t understand a word on your website), you are creating classic invoice instead of using google checkout?
Can you describe how did you managed this?

I need whole cart to be sent to clients email in form of invoice instead of going to google checkout?

Anyone else, is this possible?

I’m a newbie and this solution is very empiric, I have used eForm to send the cart.

In the first part of the page I have a call to gCart that show the final cart.
In the second part I have a call to eForm. Inside the eForm template I have insered two text areas with the gCart items.
Than I have applied a css class to hide these text area.

I hope this can help.

I’ve noticed lots of talk about gCart 0.2 and pcart.php, but I can only find gCart 0.1 in the MODx Addons.

I think there is supposed to be some bug fixs, AJAX and PayPal support?

It Also says: Works with the following Version(s): 0.9.5 | 0.9.6

Could you guys point me in the right direction to download and is there any known problems with the MODx Evolution 1.0.2?
