I just started using AjaxSearch and I got to say, I’m very grateful that this Add-on exists.
However I ran into trouble concerning the charset. It took me some time to figure out that my server by default sends an iso-whatever header, which of course messes up the output of AjaxSearchPopup.php as it generates in the modx charset.
This problem could easily be avoided, if AjaxSearch just sent a "Content-type" header with the modx charset in ajax mode.
