[Solved] Ajax Search won't return results except to administrators

Hopefully someone can help me with this.

I’m just testing a site at the moment http://www.holos.ie and the search function, I have just discovered, is not working properly.
When I am logged into the backend and testing the site in another window it all works fine but once I’m logged out / testing on a separate machine no results get returned but the menu id of the results page shows up in the url.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Could you post, the version number of AjaxSearch used and the snippet calls (start page and landing page).

It’s version 1.8.5 I’m using.

The results are set to display in a separate, unpublished page, the id of which is definitely ’9’.
As I said, if I’m logged into the backend it works, if I’m not it returns the correct page id but displays the homepage content.

The input code in the sidebar chunk is:
[!AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &AS_showResults=`0` &AS_landing=`9`!]

And on the landing page:
[!AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &AS_showResults=`1` &AS_showForm=`0`!]

That’s why then, only managers logged in can see un-published pages

Publish the page and take the tick out of show in menu and it will work
