How to build MODx application offline and put it onlin- Step by step instruction

Hi,
I just downloaded and installed MODx on my machine. Everything is OK. I created rule, user, web user, etc... Everything is OK. When I tried to create a new site offline and to publish online, I get something not clear for me such as which files will go to my hosting web server, where to put them, etc... It’s appreciated if anybody could give a complete example (e.g. header, menu-bar, tree widget, content area, etc...) with step-by-step approach. How I can build UI as MODx/manager from scratch

I don’t really understand it. Are you tring to create all your page using MODx, and later export it into static page and put it on your production server, or do you want to copy your whole database and etc from testing server to production server?

If what you mean is the second one, here is the things that need to be done before creating anything.

If the first one, then you will need to use export module inside MODx manager. I never use it, so you might wanna ask someone expert on this.
