[Solved] Stripping html tags from ajaxsearch results

Hi,

I’ve searched here, and on google, read the documentation, but still have no luck in getting ajaxsearch results to strip the html tags. My results start of with:



but obviously the closing </p> tag is not being show due to word count in search results.

I’m extremely anal about my pages validating, and the results page is the only one that isn’t validating as XHTML Strict

Any help would be fantastic!

Could you send me, by personal messal an address on your site with the search input. Just to check/understand where is the problem.

I must apologise, I really didn’t investigate my html properly (I’ve been working on this project for months, and was tired), it seems ajaxsearch is indeed removing the html tags. It was my content that was the issue.

I am very sorry :’(

I adore modx, have used lots of cms’s (including extremely expensive ones), and modx blows them away!!

Keep up the great work to everybody who works on this behind the scenes!
