If the language already exists, uses &language=`xx`

---- &language [ language_name | manager_language ]    (optional)
        with manager_language = $modx->config['manager_language'] by default
        See in the lang folder the languages available

If the language file doesn’t exist, translate the english version file, and I will be happy to add this new langage in the next release of ajaxSearch.

utf8 is the multibyte encoding. E.g: for English you have the choice between ascii or utf-8
