I have an ajaxsearch which searches in several (3) categories.
However, when I do a search for say "News", it returns the category "News" in the results. This also happens if I enter the name of each category.
I would like to hide folders from search results. How do I do this?
in the document (edit mode), 2nd tab "page settings", un-check "searchable".
You can also change this setting for several documents / folders at once with the document manager module.

I unchecked "searchable" on my category and then typed in the name of the category on the search form.
The search results now no longer display the category.
