AJAX SEARCH PROBLEMS

(2) PROBLEM

Go to Internet Explorer - Go to http://199.245.231.22/ - at the top of the page in the search box, type in "acetic acid" - when the search results page come up, go down a few links and you will see a link that says "Message to the CEO" - Click on that link - Notice the page is not formatted correctly. This is what it looks like

The HOME link is still going to a wrong ip address.

The search feature we were using, which is on the live server www.sterlingchemicals.com, returns more results when you search for a phrase such as “Carla Stucky” How can we get the MODx search feature to return as many results?

On that first point, not sure but could you share the structure of your ajaxSearch call?

On the Home navigation pointing to the wrong IPA not sure, but it appears that there is something off in either the Tools/Friendly URLs and/or the .htaccess file. The search is pointing to results.html, but when you follow the navigation the suffix is not being expressed leaving just ’results’ as opposed to ’results.html’. This may be at the root of all of your issues?
