Search with in a parent only?

Hello, I have searched and search but I keep getting SVN pages in the search for what I’m looking for....

Can ajaxsearch search only documents within a specified parent? I tried the &filter and it’s not working for me. I’m using the latest modx release 1.0x rc and the ajaxsearch that came with it.

Are you using the latest AjaxSearch code (1.8.2 or 1.8.3)? I think those have the ability to specify which parents to search within via a parameter.

Jeez I couldn’t find that anywhere, I am using 1.8.3. Many thanks Ryan, that worked. &parents=`` is what I was after for anyone else wondering.
