We’ve setup a non-ajax search form but we found the wiki article a bit hard to follow so have some questions:
Results appearing in two places:
Even though we’re using the non-ajax version, the results are appearing in two places 1) under the header and 2) on the results page. How do you stop the results appearing under the search input form, pushing the content down?
Results:
Currently the results show a page title as a link and what looks to be the long title and the description? Is there a way to display a title and content from the page - maybe content surrounding the search term?
Styling The Results:
In the wiki article there were a couple of template parameters:
Are there any code examples for these templates to use as a starting point for our own templates?
Default Search Text:
Because we couldn’t find an option to disable the "Please enter your search....etc" text under the input form, we opted to set the display of:
to none - but is this the best way to remove this?
Any help would be much appreciated.
