AjaxSearch 1.8 showing a SECOND blank box in IE7

Hi.

I have wracked my brains trying to figure out exactly where this behavior is coming from with little success. This site (businessShowHow.com) shows fine in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I am yet to test it in Opera. In IE7 on the other hand, the search box has a second blank box below it. Why is AjaxSearch rendering the box before a search is done? And more importantly, how do I eliminate this behavior? I am using Modx 0.9.6.1p2 and AjaxSearch 1.8.0

A div to output the results is necessary. This div should be hidden.

And more importantly, how do I eliminate this behavior?

I am using Modx 0.9.6.1p2 and AjaxSearch 1.8.0

Do an upgrade to to the release 1.8.1 Since this release the opacity of the output div is well managed
