Sort of at the top of the search when using utf8 files

Hi there

When using french UTF8 or english UTF8, I get a blank line at the top of the search. You can see it here : www.histwar.fr (right nav) - AS 1.8.1 (don’t look at the .com, it is not updated yet )

With firebug, you can see a blank line which not appears when using ISO files.
If I use firebug to highlight CSS, I can’t fine any property to explain such a line.

Anyone gets this problem too ?

Do you use the original layout.tpl.html template ? (I don’t see the fieldset tags) ?

I use a template I’ve made for this site. But even when using the default template, I get this blank line.
