Ajaxsearch - where is the template?

Hi
i’m trying to customize the input search boxes but i cant find the template its using?

When i do this [!AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &AS_landing=`30` &extract=’1’!]
where goes it get the template from?

In the first place, you’ve got that last parameter’s value in single quotes instead of backticks.

The default templates are in assets/snippets/ajaxSearch/templates.

Which version do you use ?
with 1.7.1 see includes/templates.inc.php
with 1.8.0 as said by susan see templates.

Just an advice, if you would like customize the input form, forget the version 1.7.1 . The version 1.8.0 has brought important improvements regarding this point.

im using 1.7.1 (comes with the latest version of modx)
maybe i should upgrade .

Not may be. Sure. The version 1.8.1 will arrive sooner so invest in version 1.8 otherwise you will drop your work quickly

It depends of what you want doing (simple search, option search, ...). Start by read the ajaxSearch_version_180.txt file.
