Not sure about ajaxSearch. But for nonajax its easy. As I understand Maxigallery has common general counter for all pic Ids, so just put
[!MaxiGallery? &pic_query_ids=`1,3,14`!]
in document or even integrate it in result.tpl.html if you want (I think the same for ajaxResult.tpl.html).

Yes it’s possible to write something like [!MaxiGallery? &pic_query_ids=`[+as.gal_id+]`!] but the main problem is to get the exact list of ids([+as.gal_id+]). For the moment the id list returned is the list of all images titles of the gallery. But here we want only the images with a title which match the search.
