Personalize FCKEditor

Hi, I can’t understand how customize the FCKEditor shown in the website (for publishing news). Now it has only Bold, Italic, Underscore and Link, I want to add the option for adding images.

I’ve done the Mark’s tip, but I can’t understand which item I have to add in the ’Custom Web Toolbar’ setting for adding images.

Lo spiego anche in Italiano che il mio inglese non è un gran che... non capisco come si chiama la voce per aggiungere le immagini nella configurazione: quella per aggiungere il grassetto per esempio è "bold" e quella per le img? Grazie ancora
