    Hello,

I’m using the ’IncludeTemplate’ snippet http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,30755.msg186652.html#msg186652 to insert plain text content contained in html files that are kept in a sub-directory (they’re written into this directory by an external site), but of course they are not searchable from my MODx site because they aren’t in the DB.

Is there any way to search an external html (or php) file in a sub-directory (e.g. assets/includes/) if they are included using a technique such as this? Might it be possible if a plugin could be created that could get MODx to parse the files’ content, or store it in a TV as the page was loaded?
